Product Name :
Sheep peroxidase-anti-peroxidase

Description :
| Clone Polyclonal | Units 1 ml | Host sheep

Background :
Highly purified horseradish peroxidase

Source :
Peroxidase staining of unlabelled sheep IgG antibodies. <

Product :
Hyperimmune sheep IgG against horseradish peroxidase reacted with peroxidase lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). 0.01% Thimerosal It is reconstituted by adding 1 ml sterile distilled water, spun down to remove insoluble particles, divided into small aliquots, frozen and stored at or below -20°C. Formulation: Hyperimmune sheep IgG against horseradish peroxidase reacted with peroxidase lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). 0.01% Thimerosal

Specificity :
Soluble Sheep peroxidase-anti-peroxidase immune complex.

Applications :

Storage :
The lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature and may be stored at +4°C; prolonged storage at or below -20°C. Prior to use, an aliquot is thawed slowly at ambient temperature, spun down again and used to prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Repeated thawing and freezing should be avoided. Working dilutions should be stored at +4°C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation. It will not affect the performance of the product.

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
